Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Wipro has specific requirements for the WILP 2025-2026 cycle. Please read these carefully before applying:
Academic Grades: You must have passed your 10th and 12th standards. For your Diploma, a minimum of 50% or 5.3 CGPA is mandatory.
Eligible Branches: Only candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering are eligible for this specific WE - B.ET drive.
Mathematics Requirement: It is mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics during your Diploma. Please note that Business Maths or Applied Maths will not be accepted.
Education Gaps: A maximum of 3 years of gap is allowed between the 10th standard and the start of your Diploma. However, no gaps are allowed during the Diploma period, and the course must be completed within 3 years.
Current Education: Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) are not eligible. If you are currently enrolled, you must provide a discontinuation certificate.
Compensation & Stipend Details
Since this is a Work Integrated Learning Program, you will receive a monthly stipend that increases every year as you progress through your degree and work.
